The crescent is composed of two rows, the main row is set with 15 Old Cut Sapphires, all set in a yellow claw setting, the second, more discrete row is set with 13 Old Cut Diamonds, all set in a white claw setting. The crescent is the mounted onto a yellow knife edge bar brooch set with 2 Old Cut Sapphire terminals, also set in Yellow. There are 17 Sapphires and 13 Diamonds in total. The total weight of the Sapphires is approximately 1.80cts and the Diamonds weigh approximately 0.20cts in total. Tested as 14ct Gold.
